1. Deposit & Payment Terms
A deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.
Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they reserve your date and cover initial planning and administrative costs.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

2. Client Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation 30+ Days Before Event
Clients may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made, excluding: Non-refundable deposits
Vendor fees already incurred
Administrative costs
b. Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Event
All payments made, including deposits, are non-refundable, due to commitments made to vendors and event preparation.
c. Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show
No refunds will be issued. Full payment is retained.

3. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule their event, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests must be made in writing.
Additional costs may apply depending on vendor availability and changes in pricing.

4. Company Cancellation
If VP SOLUTIONS LLC cancels services due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist in rescheduling or recommending alternative solutions.

5. Changes to Services
Any changes to event scope, services, location, or timing must be requested in writing.
Additional charges may apply for modifications after confirmation.
Final pricing may vary based on updated requirements.

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
Deposits
Third-party vendor payments
Custom décor or design services
Personalized or custom-made items
Completed or partially delivered services

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in legal action or additional fees.
